Halloween (Samhain) is a time when the veils between the physical world and spirit world are said to be thinnest. It is a beautiful time to honour our connection to our ancestors and the spirit world. We all connect to spirit whether we are consciously aware of it or not. We have a team of guides who support us behind the scenes, and this includes animal spirits. Animal guides can show up in our lives during healing sessions, dreams, meditation or in the physical form. They often come as messengers, allies and helpers and hold a powerful medicine for us, which can be received in the form of guidance, support and strength. We all have various animal guides throughout our lives depending on our needs at the time. It is so beautiful to bring awareness to the connection you have with the animal kingdom as this will allow a deeper understanding of how they can support you and how you can embody the medicine and gifts that they bring.
The Full Moon and Halloween alignment is opening up a portal for huge shifts as we release the old and step into a new cycle. It will be a celebration of death and rebirth. The perfect time to call upon guidance and support from our animal allies. Join us from the comfort of your own sacred space to receive the love and wisdom from your magical animal guides and spirit team. You will be taken deep within through guided journeying, sound healing and energy healing.
Josie and Chris will share dreamy crystalline tones, melodic sounds, drums, flute and light language transmissions channeled through the voice. Light language brings sound and energy from spirit into the physical. It is a form of sound healing that can help us to connect to higher realms of consciousness and experience profound shifts in our being. It speaks to the soul. It is here to awaken and activate. It is to be experienced to be truly understood.
We cannot wait to co-create this healing space for you. It will be love filled and nurturing with the intention of truly supporting you to move into the new cycle feeling open and connected in mind, body and soul :)

PREPARATION
Please find a calm, comfortable place for the session so you can surrender and relax into the experience as much as possible. You may want to lie on your bed so you can be cosy or if you have a mat, blanket and pillow that is wonderful
You may want to prepare your space with a candle and incense/oil burner
Please wear headphones or use a speaker to help with sound quality and to ensure you get the best from your experience
Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session
Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session
The healing session will take place via Zoom video call. I will send an email out on the day with the meeting link which will take you straight to the session if you are joining on your desktop.
