When the first lockdown hit in March 2020 I knew I had to adapt to the times so I learned ways to share my healing sessions online. Since then I have shared many online healing transmissions with thousands of people around the world. The sessions include guided journeying, sound, energy healing and light language. It has been an incredible journey connecting with people in this way in the name of healing, and it has shown me that energy truly knows no boundaries. That is one of the beautiful gifts of energetic healing - we do not have to be together in the physical to connect and experience deep shifts.
Sound healing and energy work are both natural yet powerful tools which can help us to remember our true nature as souls living in a human body and vibrational beings in a vibrational world. Looking after our energy system is just as vital as regular exercise and a healthy diet and we can utilise these ancient healing tools to support us. Both have the ability to locate and address areas of dissonance to shift or prevent manifestations happening in the body. Both have the ability to create more space and health in the energy system, nervous system, organs, physical body and entire being. Both act as a bridge between our world and spirit, allowing us to connect with the infinite light of the Universe. Both have the power to bring the body and system into our natural state of harmony. I have seen profound transformation within myself and others through sharing these tools in my practice over the past 9 years, and it is no different when sharing this medicine online. It is such an honour to share these spaces of healing light with anyone who is called.

THE OPENING
A heart opening journey to connect with the power of love for yourself. This is a gentle and nurturing healing experience which will support you in softening your heart and opening to the beauty of within. The spirit of the Rose will radiate her divine feminine medicine to support you in this healing process. This is about unravelling the walls around your heart and connecting with the infinite love within you and around you. The Rose has long been regarded as a symbol of Venus. She invites us into love, sensuality and grace. She shows us the way of self-love. Reminding us that our relationship with self has an impact on all of our other relationships.
Throughout this meditative journey you will receive dreamy crystalline frequencies which will speak with every part of you to ignite positive shifts and raise your vibration. In this session I’ve played 3 of my F note crystal bowls the most, as the vibrations resonate specifically with the higher heart and heart chakra. Sound is an incredible natural tool as it meets us where we are ready to be met in each moment, working with the divine intelligence of our body and energy system.
This session will be a loving space for anyone who is called for some heart nourishment. Although this is about connecting with our divine feminine essence, this is a journey which anyone can explore as we all have both masculine and feminine energy within us. It will provide a warm and uplifting space for anyone feeling generally low in life force or stagnant. It will be especially supportive for anyone experiencing issues in the physical heart space, as well as anyone going through heavy emotions. If you are seeking a space of softness to cultivate self-love then this is it. It is also a beautiful way to simply rest and release tension through the support of sound and energy work.
As we move through the final days of May and align with the New Moon in Taurus it feels like a wonderful moment to consciously open our hearts to the love, beauty and abundance which Summer brings. And after all, it is said that an open heart is a magnet for miracles.

HOW TO PREPARE FOR THE SESSION
The healing transmissions work with your energy system and body (it is all one interconnected system) so people often report deep shifts during and after the session. Please treat your experience with respect to get the best out of it.
Create a calm, comfortable space for you to receive the journey so you can surrender and relax into the experience as much as possible. Set up your sacred space so that you can surrender into the experience. For example, ensure you have a warm, comfortable place to lie down. You may want to light a candle, burn incense or essential oils. The key is to create a calm, relaxing environment where you will not be disturbed
Please wear headphones for the most immersive experience and best sound quality! You could also use a speaker if you prefer
Please avoid caffeine at least a couple of hours before you do the session
Please avoid alcohol before and after the session
After the session you may feel called to journal to support you to connect deeper to your healing process.
Drink lots of good quality water after the session to support your system - the body is around 70% water so the more you drink, the more you support any stagnant energies/toxins to be cleansed from your system

Josie birthed her healing practice into the world 9 years ago in 2014 in Ibiza. Since then she has worked with thousands of people in London and all over the world on a one to one and group basis.
