This retreat is a sanctuary for women to nurture the heart, awaken the wisdom of the womb, liberate the voice and come home to the power within. Throughout the journey you will be guided through immersive healing ceremonies and practices, incorporating the power of sound, energy work, healing touch, self-massage, ritual, movement, meditation, song, creative expression. The lovingly and carefully curated schedule is an incredible combination of practices and island adventures which will provide a sacred space for shifts to unfold on all levels - physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally.
SAMHAIN
Our journey begins just after one of the most powerful and mystical moments of the year - Samhain. This is a threshold moment when the veils between worlds are thin, inviting us to explore the depths of our inner worlds with greater awareness. Samhain is a time of transition, marking the beginning of the darker days as we move through the midway point between Autumn and Winter. It is a powerful moment to release what no longer serves us, honouring the cycles of life, death and rebirth. The energies of the New Moon will support us in alchemising what we no longer need and making space for the new. Coming together over this alignment holds the medicine for cleansing, renewal and healing in such a powerful way. We will cultivate our inner light to support us moving deeper into Autumn feeling rejuvinated, clear and strong in mind, body and spirit.
HEART - WOMB - VOICE CONNECTION
Discover and honour the interconnection between heart, womb, and voice in this week long retreat. Each of these parts of us represents a unique gateway through which we can access and facilitate healing on multidimensional levels. The connection between these portals within us is innate, not only physically with direct pathways connecting each part of the body, but also energetically through our expression, emotions and creative energy.

THE SPIRIT OF IBIZA
It brings me so much joy to invite you to gather together in Ibiza for an authentic island experience. This land has such a special place in my heart as I have been coming here for 16 years and met Chris here in 2008 and we have been together ever since. It is also the place where I birthed my healing practice into the world in 2014. And since moving here with my family last year we now call this place home. There is just something so special about this island which can be experienced from the moment you arrive. This is the place I come for deep healing, rejuvenation and connection with my higher self and spirit. It is the place where my heart and womb awaken with creative energy. It truly feels like such a powerful place to come together in ceremony for such sacred work.
Natural beauty is everywhere on the island. The sunrises and sunsets are dreamy. The air is warm and clean. The crystalline waters are pure and healing. Just to be here is to feel your life force radiating. Ibiza out of season is extra special too as the beaches are quiet and there is a beautiful energy of serenity. We will be uniting on the island during a change in seasons as we gradually move deeper into Autumn. This is a magical time on the island - one of my favourites actually. The days can still reach 23 degrees and once the sun sets about 6.00pm you will want to wear something warm as the nights are cooler which is when we can gather around the fire with a warm elixir.
OUR RETREAT HOME
Our home for the week long retreat is one of the most luxury and beautiful spots in Ibiza. The space is a reformed 400 year old monestry nestled in the forest with panoramic views. fountains and Balinese temples. There are multiple areas to chill out including salt water pool, jacuzzi, sauna and dreamy relaxation spots indoors and outdoors. For ceremonies and practices we will gather in various spaces including a shala with panoramic views of the valley, and a cosy fire temple room which feels like a womb.
Just minutes walk away on the same land, is one of my favourite spaces on the island for heartfelt community and music gatherings. We will be attending a live music event at Garden of Light during the retreat (tickets for event will need to be bought directly by retreat guests if you wish to join). Think sitting in community with our retreat sisters, sipping cacao whilst sitting under the stars in a magical space, listening to talented artists play an intimate live concert. It is truly a mesmerising, heart opening evening and it feels so special to know this will be a part of our time together which is just steps away from our retreat home.

Options range from £2,400 to £3,400 depending whether you select a shared or private room
Please note, this price includes 7 nights accommodation in luxury villa with spa, all meals and drinks (apart from 1 lunch meal during our cave adventure day), filtered water, all ceremonies, practices on retreat, plus 2 x 90 minute group integration calls post retreat. There are no additional costs so your entire week in Ibiza is sorted, aside from the 1 meal we will have out together as a group in one of my fave restaurants. Payment plans for retreat are available, please contact me to discuss.
BOOKING OPTIONS
This is an intimate retreat with only 15 spaces available. If you are coming alone you will be allocated into shared rooms and this always seems to unfold divinely with connections being made that span way beyond the retreat. If you are coming with a friend there is an option to share a double bed for a cheaper rate. Please see all options below and contact me anytime if you have any questions. Please also let me know upon booking if you wish to share with anyone in particular who is coming too.
Please note, I require a £500 deposit to secure your space. You are welcome to pay the rest of the balance upfront or we can discuss a payment plan. The full balance must be paid by 1st October 2024. I am open to payment plans split over a maximum of 6 payments anytime from November 2023 to October 2024. Please contact me to discuss and arrange. GODDESS ROOMS: OPTIONS
Select which option suits you best. Each room is named after a different feminine force such as Tanit, Venus, Isis, Lakshmi. The rooms are bohemian, balinese style with a boutique hotel luxury vibe. Every room has its own ensuite toilet, with either a shower or bath. This is the most incredible retreat space for you to heal, restore and unwind in the ultimate luxury and nourishment immersed in nature. You will not be disappointed…
SHARED ROOM WITH ENSUITE (1 DOUBLE & 2 SINGLE BEDS)

Based on 3 or 4 people sharing a beautiful large room with either 4 single beds or 1 double and 2 single beds and ensuite shower room and toilet. This is great for friends who want to share together and save money AND it is also perfect for anyone solo travelling who is happy to share with other retreat sisters coming - the alignment is always divine. Please note, this room is right next to the private spa area with the jacuzzi and sauna so its super close for you to use it

Based on 2 people sharing a twin room with 2 single beds. Rooms are varying in sizes and styles. Please note, some rooms have outdoor areas such as private terrace, balcony, ground floor space etc. All rooms have an ensuite with either a bath or shower. I will be operating this on a first come first serve basis so please specify any desires when booking and I will do the best I can. Although, I can assure you that all rooms are beautiful, and there are multiple outside spaces for all to enjoy around the entire property which is huge

I am birthing this retreat after just landing back from holding MY Samhain 2023 retreat in ibiza and it was one of the most incredible weeks of my life. Sisters who joined us keep echoing the words “This was one of the most amazing/transformative/healing weeks of my life” too. Aside from the pure magic and soul medicine which Ibiza provides so naturally, there was something ancient and special about gathering at this time of year in circle. It felt safe, nourishing and a sweet reminder of the lifetimes of healing we can move through when we are held in this kind of loving container. Healing doesn’t always have to be brutal, it can be beautiful too. It can be soft and powerful all at once. It can happen in love, joy and laughter too. It can all co-exist at once. The shadows and the light. The beauty, the pain. This retreat is a celebration of our wholeness. The prayer is to acknowledge and embrace our humanness, whilst also honouring our divine essence, our soul.
I know in my bones the divine constellation of women will feel the call to gather over this time, and it will be incredible. We will give our prayers to the fire, open our hearts to greater unity, free our voices and reclaim our womb power. We will be mirrors for each other, bringing each other home when we are lost, guiding each other back to love when we need reminding. I have witnessed that part of the medicine of these dedicated spaces for women is healing the sisterhood wound and the mother wound. There are painful wounds of separation that lie in the shadows of the feminine collective but I believe we are seeing it, feeling it and bringing it to light more than ever before. I am passionate about holding spaces that allow for the dissolving and dismantling of these wounds, which involves holding trauma informed, compassionate and loving spaces to explore this individually and together. Together we we rise sisters.
FOOD NOURISHMENT
Food is an incredibly important element to me on my retreats. There is never any cut backs on quality. It has to be created from the heart as we are what we eat. I also believe it is best when food is full of flavour and life force. This is where my magical partner Chris (Conscious Cook) comes in and brings us his food gifts. He manages to create healthy, clean food which is so tasty. It is a natural flow for him. People often describe his food as a flavour explosion and nourishing on a soul level. All meals will be organic, plant based, gluten free and refined sugar free. He will use the delicious fruits and vegetables of Ibiza along with pulses, herbs and spices to create epic dishes. This week is about supporting cleansing and renewal in our system and womb space so he will design a seasonal menu to support this inspired by the warmth which the womb craves.

Please note, even if you do not have a physical womb, you have the energetic imprint and spiritual womb space to connect with in the same way. Also, womb healing is very supportive for anyone who has gone through hysterectomy for example
If you are a mother and you have a baby or young child, you are welcome to come along with your little one as long as you bring your partner or a friend or guardian to be with your baby. I have a private double room option which is a little set back from the other rooms which is great for this. There would just be an additional cost to cover the extra person food/accommodation. ABOUT YOUR GUIDE: JOSIE DANIELLE
Josie has been working with women for a decade through the art of energy work, sound and womb healing. In 2014 she birthed her healing practice into the world on the island of Ibiza. She experienced a huge spiritual awakening in the few years prior to this which led her to follow her true calling to be in service to the divine and therefore humanity. Her healing hands and compassionate nature are known to create a sacred space where shifts unfold on many levels. With a profound commitment to her path, Josie weaves together her gifts and experience to guide women through gentle yet powerful journeys either 1-2-1 or in groups. Josie sees clients globally and holds events and retreats internationally. Over the years her healing work has been featured and reviewed in press such as British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph, Mr Porter, Pioneer.
Josie is a leader in the realm of sound which is a key part of the spaces she holds. She weaves her alchemy crystal bowls, instruments and the healing power of her voice to create immersive experiences and transformations - emotionally, physically, spiritually and mentally.
In addition to her healing practice, Josie has created and released two albums of light language songs, 'New Earth' in 2020 and 'Great Mother' in 2023. These albums are created using only her voice channeling soul songs and a looper to create celestial melodies and heart opening vocals.

£500 deposit is required to secure your place which is non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because I have to make a non-refundable deposit payment to secure the retreat venue. If you book onto the retreat I advise you to get travel insurance to cover yourself for any unforeseen circumstances which could impact your attendance on the retreat. This would mean you will be protected if you need to cancel for any reason. Please note, if I need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will get a full refund. If you cancel your place on the retreat by 2nd September 2024 (2 months prior to the retreat) you will receive a 50% refund of any payment made minus the £500 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel your place on the retreat after 2nd September 2024 you will not receive any refund. If you need to cancel and I manage to fill your space I will transfer your place and refund you the costs minus the £500 deposit and any transaction fees. I will always try and make sure no one loses out as long as there is enough time and space to do so.

Aeroport d’Eivissa is just 15-20 minutes drive or 25 euro taxi away from the retreat
If you drive I do recommend you hire a car as the island has so much beauty to explore and it is best experienced in a car (I will share a list of recommended places/beaches etc nearer the time) You can literally drive from one side of the island to the other in 1 hour
