Join Ellie and Josie for a nourishing and uplifting evening experiencing the transcendant power of breath and sound. You will lie down and get comfortable as you are guided deep within to ignite shifts in mind, body and soul.
Ellie will guide you to connect with the power of your breath. She shares is a 3-part active breathing technique, helping you ‘get out of the head and into your body’. It creates space to move from thinking to feeling - awakening your energy and releasing emotion blocks without getting into the ‘stories’. Experiencing emotional freedom, joy, amplified feelings of love and clarity.
Whilst you rest and integrate your breathwork experience, Josie will guide you on a dreamy soundscape through the healing frequencies of alchemy crystal bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks and light language channeled through her voice. Sound is a powerful healing gateway which speaks to every cell in our body and raises our consciousness, allowing us to open in a way that is effortless yet profoundly deep. The healing frequencies will bathe your entire being and guide you into a relaxed and receptive state. It is to be experienced to be truly understood.

Josie Danielle
Josie Danielle is based in Dorset where she shares energy healing, sound healing and womb work. Known for her compassionate nature and natural affinity with energy, she holds a sensitive and nurturing space for shifts to unfold on many levels. Through energetic healing she guides others to release from emotional, physical, spiritual and mental blockages. She works closely with sound through her team of instruments and light language channeled through her voice. She launched her healing practice in London in 2014 and has devoted her life to being in service to the divine and therefore humanity ever since. Her offerings include one to one energy healing, sound therapy, cacao ceremonies, retreats and reiki training. Her path has taken her on a journey into the divine feminine, holding space for women to connect with and heal the inner child within and journey into the sacred womb space. Over the years her work has been featured in British Vogue, i-D, Tatler, Elle, The Telegraph and Mr Porter. Her intention is to continue spreading awareness of the power of energy healing and sound as she passionately believes these natural tools are powerful catalysts for awakening and are here to help raise the consciousness of humanity.
