This week I am incredibly happy to hold space alongside my soul mate, Chris. We invite you to join us for a beautiful sound journey, held with pure love. Simply lie down in your own sacred space, close your eyes and allow the dreamy sounds to guide you within and nourish your entire being. Sound is a powerful healing gateway which speaks to every cell of our being and raises our consciousness, allowing us to open in a way that is effortless yet so profoundly deep. You will receive the healing frequencies of alchemy crystal bowls, crystal pyramids, drums, native flute, chimes, nature sounds and voice.

We will both channel light language transmissions through our voices throughout the journey. Light language is a way to channel spirit into the physical. It creates deep shifts and activations for those who are ready to awaken. It communicates with the soul. It is not something you have to understand with the human mind, it is rather something you feel deep inside of your heart.

The powerful fusion of sounds will wash through your entire being and ignite shifts in mind, body and spirit. During sessions people often experience physical sensations, emotional release, visions and insights. It is to be experienced to be truly understood. Sound healing is an ancient tool that has been used for thousands of years. Many are waking up and remembering the power of this natural yet potent tool at a time when we desperately need it on our planet. ⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣Sound is here to help raise the consciousness of humanity. It is here to raise the frequency :)

It is our mission to help others awaken to their own divine essence beyond the physical realm. We both passionately believe that sound and energy healing are powerful tools and huge catalysts for healing and growth - as we have experienced this first hand. It is such an honour share with you and to support your journey. There has never been a greater time to go within and heal.

Preparation

Please find a calm, comfortable place for the session so you can surrender and relax into the experience as much as possible. You may want to lie on your bed so you can be cosy or if you have a mat, blanket and pillow that is wonderful

You may want to prepare your space with a candle and incense/oil burner

Please wear headphones or use a speaker to help with sound quality and to ensure you get the best from your experience

Please avoid caffeine a couple of hours prior to the session

Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session

The healing session will take place via Zoom video call. I will send an email out on the day with the meeting link which will take you straight to the session if you are joining on your desktop.
