Mother Cacao is a gentle yet powerful plant ally which holds a very special healing frequency with the heart and womb. I will be in touch nearer the time with ceremony preparation advice and information. However, if you are coming and you wish to drink ceremonial cacao, I advise this beautiful cacao which I have been working with for many years. This means we will all be drinking the same cacao. The cacao is so loving, pure and heartfelt. It is truly the best I have ever worked with for myself and for clients. You can even get a small 100g block if you want to try it first or they offer a large 500g block. I will share further details about the recipe and how to make it in a sacred way nearer the time. Josie Danielle

Josie is a mother to her 3 year old daughter Violet. Her path in service spans over a decade of experience working with women through the art of energy healing, sound and womb work. Known for her healing hands and compassionate nature, Josie creates gentle yet transformative spaces through sessions, retreats and ceremonies for shifts to unfold emotionally, spiritually and physically. The meaning of Imbolc translates to ‘in the belly of the Mother’ or ‘belly/womb’. It holds spiritual significance for womb healing as it symbolises the awakening of life and renewal in nature as more light returns to Mother Earth. This is a fertile time when we begin to see the first flowers blossoming as nature gradually wakes from the depths of Winter into the promise of Spring. Join Josie and Chris for an afternoon of connection, healing and ceremony. We will gather in circle on the peaceful land of Happy River Retreat nestled in a clearing in the Forest. This will be a day of togetherness and celebration at this Mid-Summer point. As we move through the height of Summer it is often a full and expansive time of growth and connection. which means it can also be tiring physically, emotionally and spiritually. This sacred space will offer a beautiful opportunity to unwind, rest your mind, rejuvenate your spirit, cleanse your body and receive nourishment in every level of your being.

The intention is to renew our life force and regulate our nervous systems to support us in our journey through the rest of Summer. Let's open to the light of the Sun together in celebration for all that is coming into harvest in our lives at this abundant time, and for all of our dreams, visions and prayers that we will continue to nurture into reality.

Our day will begin with a heart opening cacao ceremony to ground us into our inner landscape and the land around us. As you integrate you will be guided on a dreamy soundscape through the healing frequencies of alchemy crystal bowls, drums, chimes, tuning forks, native flute, melodic instruments and soul transmissions channeled through the voice. Josie and Chris take you on a deep inner journey into connection with masculine and feminine, earth and spirit, body and soul. The sounds will guide you into a relaxed and receptive state as your brain waves change, breath pattern deepens and naturally you fall into a deep surrender. The vibrations effect every cell in the body, nourishing the nervous system and speaking to every level of your being.

There is no better way to ground back then with the nourishment of food. A true gift from Mother Earth and crafted with love and care from the hands and heart of Chris. His food alchemy always brings an energy of healing and aliveness. His dishes are healthy, hearty, tasty and full of flavour. It really is food for the soul.

ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?

This offering is focused on healing for adults, however, children are welcome to come along as its also a relaxed family community vibe. It is advised that any children under 12 years old do not attend the 90 minute sound healing part as this is intended for people to drop deep within and would also be too intense for young children. However, children must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times but you would be welcome to walk around the Forest or chill in the other space with your younger children whilst the sound is happening. Children under 3 years old - FREE. Children under 12 years old - £15 to cover the food costs. Children 12 years old and over - £25 for a ticket and they can attend the sound part too if they wish. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING/PREPARE

• We will set up a sacred space but please bring everything you need to be comfortable so you can relax - yoga mat, blanket, cushion, extra cushion or bolster to support your legs under your knees to ensure comfort

• I advise you to bring water with you to stay hydrated and there is a filtered water system on site for you to fill up anytime

• Please avoid caffeine for at least 3 hours prior to the session

• Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session

• Please do not attend if you have any signs or symptoms of cold/sniffles/fever/cough

Through ritual, ceremonial cacao, sharing, song, sound and sauna we will cleanse the residue of Winter so we can truly open our hearts to the light of Spring.

As the ceremony closes you will spend the final 90 minutes integrating in serenity as you are immersed in a dreamy soundscape. I will guide you within through crystalline vibrations, melodic instruments, tuning forks, drums and light language channeled through my voice. Sound is a powerful healing gateway which speaks to every cell in our body and raises our consciousness, allowing us to open in a way that is effortless yet profoundly deep. To support our integration we will have the option to use the wood fired sauna which faces the Forest. It is a magical experience as the sun is going down. This is the perfect chance to cleanse and ground back into the body with the support of the elements. The fire will be roaring outside as we close our ceremony in prayer and presence for all that has led us to this point and all that is awakening with us as we step into Spring.

WHAT TO BRING/HOW TO PREPARE

Mat, Blanket, Pillows (The sound healing will take place in the barn which has underfloor heating so it will be warm, however, we advise you to create your own comfortable nest with your own cosy things. It is important for you to feel comfortable and warm so that you can fully surrender into the experience)

I advise you to bring an extra pillow or bolster to go underneath your knees for comfort during the sound healing as it will support your lower back when you are lying down

We will spend the final hour of ceremony outside by the fire so please wear warm clothing and bring your coat to ensure you are not cold

Bring water to stay hydrated throughout the ceremony

Bring snacks to eat as the ceremony closes as you may feel hungry as you integrate the sound/energy work and ceremonial cacao (Food can also help you to ground back)

Offerings - Please bring offerings for your ancestors. This could be flowers, crystals, leaves, food, fruit. Please note, you will be invited to add your items to the altar during the ceremony as an energetic offering to your ancestors, which you will take back at the end to give to the Earth as we close our ceremony

Please avoid eating at least 2 hours prior to the ceremony as it is most beneficial to drink ceremonial cacao once you have digested food. Do whatever feels right for you, however, we advise you to eat an early dinner in the late afternoon so you do not feel hungry or ungrounded during the ceremony.

This ceremony is aimed at mothers of children under three years old who are seeking spiritual connection and healing. This could be an opportunity for you to take 90 minutes for yourself to deeply surrender and receive healing light if you have support. However, you are also welcome to soak up the ceremony along with your baby/child. This is your personal experience so you can flow with it in your own way for you and your family. Also, although this particular offering is aimed at mamas of babies/toddlers/young children as I will be focusing on the initial postpartum stages, please know that all mamas are welcome. If you would like to have ceremonial cacao I advise you to order it soon to ensure it arrives in time for our ceremony. The packets usually come with 400-500 grams of cacao. However, you will only require 20-40 grams for the ceremony (depending on how strong you would like it - I will guide you more on this in your booking confirmation) but it will be beautiful to continue connecting with this divine heart medicine in your own time so it would certainly be a worthwhile investment. It is one of my most trusted plant allies and I am so excited to share the heart opening experience with you. Please note, it is not essential that you have cacao for the ceremony - only if it feels right for you. HOW TO PREPARE YOUR CEREMONIAL CACAO

Optional Ingredients (You can literally just make your cacao with filtered water or you can add in extra elements to create more depth, sweetness or spice depending on what you are craving)

Rose Water

Oat or Coconut Milk (I use Rude Health brand as it is made with pure ingredients)

Organic Honey or Dates/Date Syrup

Himalayan Salt

Coconut Oil (This helps the digestive system and makes it more creamy)

Vanilla 

Cinnamon

First you need to decide on your dose and weigh it out ready for ceremony. A ceremonial dose is around 35-40g of raw cacao. You are welcome to reach out to me if you would like any further advice. Personally, I change up my dose each time I drink cacao depending on what I am doing in the ceremony and how I am feeling that day. Tune into your heart if you are not sure and trust the amount which comes forward. You know yourself better than anyone. I find 25g to be a beautiful dose which I can recommend if you are not sure. It seems to be the perfect sweet spot for a deeply healing experience but not too intense/activating on the physical body.

I tend to make my cacao around an hour before ceremony and put it straight into a heat flask to keep it warm until I am ready to pour it into my favourite mug during ceremony. However, you could also make your cacao just before our ceremony so that it is warm when we drink it. Some people like to have it cold but I feel there is a sensual beauty to cacao when she is warm, and receiving her into the heart and body in this way is like receiving a warm hug

• Weigh your desired dose of cacao

• Finely chop your desired dose of cacao with a sharp knife or use a grater

• Put your cacao into a saucepan and add the desired amount of water (Around 100-150ml should be enough or use your chosen mug as a reference point)

• Alternatively you can also put your desired amount of cacao into the saucepan as it is in a block and allow it to melt into the water gradually as you stir whilst it heats

• Whilst you are gently stirring your cacao on a medium heat (do not allow it to boil) it is a divine time to infuse your cacao with love, prayer, blessings, song, intention... If you are not sure then play soothing, love filled music.. Imagine you are infusing the medicine with the most loving, heartfelt intention which will be received by your entire being in the ceremony

• Add any spices and desired sweetener to taste ​(My favourite combination is adding Rose Water and Local Organic Honey for the ultimate feminine sweet elixir. However, it is also said Cacao and Vanilla are a powerful combination. Cinnamon is also tasty. Trust in your own desires and tastes. Cacao is also beautiful on it's own with water as you can really tune into the pure and powerful taste)

• If you feel called to add plant milk to your elixir you could use oat milk or coconut milk which would make it creamy and more subtle

• In terms of sweetener I advise either honey, maple, agave or coconut sugar

• Once it has all melted down into the water by using a whisk or wooden spoon and you have a consistency you like you can take off the heat

• Please avoid adding dairy or unrefined sugars

WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THE CEREMONY

• Please find a comfortable place for the ceremony which has good wifi connection and ideally where you will not be disturbed

• I invite you to create a beautiful, calm environment for our connection. A space which enables you to feel safe and held. Light candles. Burn incense or essential oils. Create an altar with sentimental items, photos, crystals, flowers, leaves, nature magic and anything else which calls you​

• Please ensure you bring headphones to ensure the best sound quality and immersive experience as it makes a huge difference

• You may want to lie down on your bed to receive the sound healing part or use a yoga mat/sofa/comfortable place elsewhere - the most important thing is that you feel relaxed so you can surrender into the experience

• I advise you to avoid caffeine completely or at least a few hours before the session

• Please avoid alcohol on the day of the session

• Please bring your journal and pen as we will be exploring questions throughout

First and foremost, I am a mother to my magical 1 year old daughter Violet. I absolutely love motherhood and the profound transformation and healing it continues to bring. Before I birthed Violet into the world I devoted my life to being in healing service to the divine and therefore humanity. After taking 13 months off to honour my journey into birth and motherhood, I am now in healing service again and navigating my soul work with motherhood. Before I birthed Violet into the world I devoted my life to being in healing service to the divine and therefore humanity. After taking 13 months off to honour my journey into birth and motherhood, I am now in healing service again and navigating my soul work with motherhood. I have been yearning to sit in sacred space with other mothers which has led me to create this space for mothers to feel seen, heard and witnessed. A space for mothers to receive. I have created this because it is what I have craved along my journey. I could not find a space for mothers to connect in a spiritual ceremony in this way so I knew this was the a sign that I am here to create it. It is my great honour to share this with you.

Each ceremony will be a weaving of tools and practices I have been sharing over the past 8 years since I birthed my healing practice into the world in 2014 - including energy healing, sound, womb work, light language, Maiden to Mother rite of passage support, cacao medicine, ceremony. I will combine my experience working closely with women at every stage of the journey in my practice, along with my own embodied experience becoming a mother to hold a non-judgemental and compassionate space.

As a highly sensitive being who spent most of my days connecting with energy and sound before I birthed my baby, I have deeply craved energetic healing postpartum. I felt how my energy was out of alignment and how it impacted me in day to day life. On the occasions I have been able to receive spiritual healing and carved out time to do it for myself, I have experienced profound shifts in every level of my being, including my physical body as it’s all linked and energy is the route. This has made me feel very passionate about holding this space for other mothers to receive the power of spirit, energy and sound as I know how transformative it is. I know the spiritual aspect of motherhood is not spoken about in our culture so I am being called to bring the sacredness back.

The Full Moon is often a time where we can experience heightened emotions, intuition and spirit connection. It is a portal for transformation. Virgo is the only sign represented as a women - often shown as Mother Mary - the life giver, the mother, the healer. Virgo supports us to connect with the seen and the unseen, whilst also rooting us deeply into our bodies and the Earth. This will be our inspiration for the journey, guiding us deep into the wisdom of our bodies and Mother Earth. Welcoming a connection to the plant spirits, flowers and abundant magic of nature.

As we shift into the final month of 2020 we are moving through a huge energetic portal. The planetary alignments are potent over the next few weeks in the lead up to a very rare alignment occurring on 21st December which will bring powerful frequencies into the planet. Many people are going through very deep healing processes right now in the lead up to this alignment. It is likely this has been unfolding throughout this intense year, but will be heightening for many right now. The energies are shining a light upon any dense vibrations and bringing wounds to the surface, which could be manifesting physically in your body/health, emotionally or mentally. Many people are going through profound transformation right now and I feel the call of the angelic realms wanting to support humanity in these times. It is important you have support to move through these deep shifts and purging experiences so that you do not remain stuck, angry or fearful. This is a powerful time where you are being invited to release the old and raise your vibration in preparation to shift into a new year. Staying grounded, looking after yourself, staying in your centre and keeping your energies high will be very beneficial and allow you to truly receive the light that is flowing. However, sometimes we need to remember to seek help. Our angels are always there supporting us behind the scenes with our team of guides. THE OFFERING

As we move closer towards the end of what continues to be a monumental year on so many levels, I am being called to hold sacred space for inner child healing once again. From my experience inner child work is some of the deepest and transformational work we can do. As we continue to navigate huge shifts on our planet, we are collectively going through deep shifts within ourselves too. It is clear that we have been invited to look at our shadows and face our deepest wounds. We are being provided opportunities to experience rapid growth and healing. Ultimately we are being guided deep into the heart space to find deeper compassion, forgiveness and love for ourselves, others and the planet. One of the most powerful ways to break free from the shackles of pain and shift old stories, stagnant emotions and negative patterns is to connect with our inner child. We all have an inner child. It is the part of us that is innocent, creative, playful and free spirited in nature. However, most people experience pain or neglect in one way or another as children so we often develop emotional wounds during our early years when we just needed to be seen, heard, loved and nurtured. When we are children we do not have the emotional capacity to process painful experiences that happen so this part of us often carries this emotional wounding into adulthood. Meaning this part of us still needs healing now, however many years it has been.

If you are reading this now it is likely your inner child is calling you to connect. Maybe you have been witnessing the same patterns coming up for you again and again? Maybe you have felt powerless and keep feeling like you cannot move forward in your life? Maybe you cannot seem to shed deep pain that you are feeling in your heart? There are so many ways our wounded inner child can be communicating with us. Whatever your intentions may be, all are welcome. Please know that we all have an inner child within us who needs to be seen and held with unconditional love. My intention is to hold a heartfelt space for you to connect with your inner child and give her/him the attention that they need. This is how true empowerment can happen now in your adult life.

During the journey I will guide you to connect with the unconditional love of the divine mother. It feels so important to honour the divine mother right now. Earlier this year I experienced a profound calling from spirit to anchor her energy into the planet, which led me to birth an offering series ‘Divine Mother’ right before the first lockdown hit in March. Now, as we navigate these great shifts, it makes even more sense why I was called to do this. The divine mother is calling all of us to connect to her eternal embrace. She wants us to remember that she is always there. She is the earth. She is the divine feminine. She is the source of all creation. She is unconditional love and she is already within you. There is no separation to the infinite. The wounded child needs to feel seen and heard by the divine mother. She guides us deep into our hearts to release pain and trauma from the past, so we can open our hearts to the light of the feminine. This is the medicine that we need right now on our planet as we transition through these huge shifts. We are being guided to release painful wounds and connect deeper to ourselves on a soul level. 

It is an honour to hold this space for all who feel called to do this work. I held some inner child healing sessions during the first lockdown and it was so powerful. It is clear to see how needed inner child work is during this time and how deeply it can support us all in our healing journey and it truly ripples out to our loved ones, children, future generations and the collective.

You will be held with absolute love and gentleness so you feel safe to fully surrender into the experience. I will open the space with a grounding meditation and introduction where I will share some information and advice around the wounded inner child and ways to reclaim your power. Then I will guide you to lie down in the comfort of your own sacred space and allow my voice, the sounds and the energies to guide you. I will call upon spirit and angels to assist in the healing process. Throughout the journey you may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, visions or insights. PREPARATION

Please find a calm, comfortable place for the session so you can surrender and relax into the experience as much as possible. You may want to lie on your bed so you can be cosy or if you have a mat, blanket and pillow that is wonderful

It can be really useful to find photographs (physical or digital) of you when you were younger before doing inner child work. It can be any age, whether baby/small child/teenager or maybe you will find a selection of photos from various ages which would be wonderful. Looking at your photos in the lead up to the session will begin that conscious connection to your inner child. Be aware of anything at all that comes up in that process (memories/emotions/thoughts) as it will likely be things that are coming up to be worked through. Which we will do with absolute love and tenderness, as always :)

Join us on Sunday 25th October for an awakening and activating womb healing journey, held online via Zoom from the privacy of your own sacred space.

We have been guided to share this journey whilst the moon is waxing in Aquarius. Emotions are predicted to feel a little heightened and complicated during this transit but this is often the perfect time to release and shift anything stagnant. Coming together in sacred space will give us the freedom to express emotions while they are right there at the surface. When emotions are not fully formed and expressed, they can become trapped in our body, and when unconsciously ignored for some time they tend to sit in our sacral region - and for women that means our womb space - leaving our energy centre blocked and preventing us being in full flow and vitality.

Our unique co-creation is a blend of gentle yet powerful and ancient yet accessible healing modalities, with the aim of releasing suppressed emotions and blocks that prevent free flow, joy and pleasure in all its forms

This ceremony will be a journey of the sacred, supported by the heart-opening plant medicine cacao, heart-womb breathwork, intuitive and embodied movement, journaling, womb activations, crystalline sounds, guided healing journey and channeled light language transmissions

We will work with the medicines found in stillness and movement, sound and silence, darkness and light. Working with the dualities of love, life and healing.

Our intention and mission - to guide women to walk the path of truly knowing themselves. To understand the beauty and power that lies within. To trust that they already have everything they need inside. To come back to the place from which we all came, the womb - and the womb of the divine mother. For the womb holds the key to activate and reawaken us to our deep feminine power.

No experience is necessary to join. Just come with an open heart and a call and willingness to receive. You will be guided with love and tenderness throughout the entire journey :)

The beauty of connecting online is that we may explore sacred (and perhaps totally new) practices within the comfort and privacy of our own space, whilst still connecting with others. Many have shared how they have felt safe to fully surrender in their own space, so it feels like a beautiful opportunity to gently step into womb work.

WHO IS THE CEREMONY FOR?

This offering is for women. It is suitable for ALL women at any stage of life - even when we no longer have a monthly cycle our body is always connected to the cycles of nature. Womb work is extremely helpful for those who no longer have a physical womb – as we all hold the energetic imprint of the womb within us, and so we can still connect with the magic – a portal that not only births life, but our dreams into reality!

Womb work is particularly beneficial for women who are experiencing disconnection from their femininity, body, sexuality. As well as those who are experiencing fertility issues, irregular menstrual cycle, menstrual pain and any other physical imbalances in the womb, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, fibroids or endometriosis. This work is also very supportive for those who have experienced sexual abuse, miscarriage, abortion or childbirth trauma.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

- Quiet and private space where you will be undisturbed (ideally with strong WiFi)

- Yoga mat or rug (movement is fairly gentle)

- Comfortable and loose clothing - wear something that makes you feel good and FREE! Nothing too binding. We recommend reds, pinks, oranges - the colours of the womb

- Any props to make your experience more comfortable as you will be sat for long periods of time (e.g. meditation/floor chair, bolster, cushions, blocks)

- An eye pillow and blanket for the sound healing journey (It is also advised to have an extra pillow to go underneath your knees for lower back support and comfort)

- Headphones for sound healing

- Notebook/journal and pen

- At least 1 candle (fire is the element for transmutation, and helps us to bridge our connection to the spirit world)

After taking a 10 week break from holding online offerings, I am so excited to be back sharing from my new healing space in Dorset. After moving through some initial fear and resistance, I absolutely loved adapting to the changes and taking my healing offerings online during lockdown. The response to the sessions has been so profound and it felt so moving to be able connect from afar in such a deep way, through the power of spirit. I am going to be sharing healing offerings for the next 2 months in October and November before taking a big break from December onwards to focus on preparing for birth and motherhood. I have so much magic coming up to share with you and I cannot wait to connect :) 

It has been made crystal clear what the intentions of the first session will be. I have been working with spirit, angels and light beings for many years and I have been channeling light language for almost 4 years but in recent months my connection to galactic beings has deepened in ways I didn’t expect. I have been experiencing intense ‘dream’ visits where I have had many different connections with light beings including being operated on by spirit surgeons, connecting with UFOs and having direct communication with star beings. Most recently I have connected to these light being in my waking consciousness and I received many messages. These beings are coming very close right now on our planet. They are helping us to shift old ways of being. They want us to work through the ‘separation vibration’ that is so strongly conditioned on planet earth so that we can come into deeper harmony with each other and the earth, into what they call ‘unity consciousness’. I have been so impacted by these recent experiences with these powerful beings that I know it is time for me to honour this connection and channel the light to anyone who feels called to receive it.

In the session I will guide you on a cosmic journey to the stars and beyond to connect to these divine beings and receive deep healing in every level of your being. These light beings are here to help humanity. They want to reach many people at this time. They have shown me how important it is for us all to come as deeply into our hearts as possible right now, so this session will be a way to support you in removing anything that is standing in the way of you being in your sacred heart energy. Over the past 4 months I have been sharing online healing sessions from my London sanctuary and it has been the most profound journey. I am so grateful to be able to connect with people from all over the world in the name of healing. Now as I am about to go on a huge personal transition to relocate from London to the coast, this will be the last online offering I am sharing until September. I never know what the journey in my sessions will flow like until the actual day as it tends to channel through that morning in meditation. However, it has been made very clear that the angels want to support you at this time. Working with the angels has been some of the most potent work I have ever witnessed and experienced. They are a powerful force of light and they are here to serve the divine and therefore humanity in these times of transformation.

The planetary energies are so potent this year as we navigate these huge shifts, so it has felt important to cultivate these energies to delve deep into ourselves and shift old ways of being. On a collective level, we are in a time of truth. A time when darkness must come to light so we can create the changes we wish to see in our world. On a personal level, we are awakening at a rapid rate. We are remembering our own truth. It is so easy to get weighed down by the dense energies in the physical world around us. We can easily forget how we are a soul in a human body. We are spiritual beings having a human experience. Each of us is an expression of the divine and it is our birthright to know this. It is important that we honour our divinity just as much as we honour our humanness. We are not separate from the divine. We are divine. It is my mission to help others reclaim this truth and remember their true essence.

Over the years I have been guided to anchor angelic frequencies into our planet but I had never felt ready to fully birth this into the world. Now I understand why as it had to be NOW. At a time when we are experiencing a great awakening on our planet. At a time when people are truly ready to receive the light in a deeper way than ever before. There is so much support ‘behind the scenes’ in spirit world. You have many guides, angels, star beings and light beings walking alongside you in this life and supporting you. During my darkest times, it is spirit that made me feel like I could move through the suffering and find the light. It is the angels that helped me find myself in ways I never imagined were possible. Now it is my time to open up this sacred space for you to experience the innate connection you have with the divine.

I held a heart healing session right at the start of lockdown, it was the first online offering I shared and it felt so poignant at a time when we all needed to come back to our hearts and away from fear. Now 3 months later, I feel the call of the heart rising once again. We have all been on such a journey collectively and individually, and there is no doubt there has been deep healing unfolding along the way. We have been shown what truly matters in this time. It has put so much into perspective. We are seeing more clearly the absolute beauty in the most simple of things. The joy of connection with others. The gift of human touch. The profound power of mother nature. We are remembering what we are blessed with and what we have forgotten to be thankful for in every moment of our lives. At the same time, we have also been shown our shadows and our wounds in full illumination. We have been shown all the places within us and within humanity that need more love.

Now as changes unfold around us in the physical with more lockdown measures being shifted, it feels like an important time to delve into the medicine of the heart once again, to help us prepare for the next cycle. We will be aligning with the potent energies of a Lunar Eclipse in Capricorn, which means emotions will be high. The perfect time to delve deep into the heart to cleanse and release. especially as a Lunar Eclipse is all about closure. To be honest, it is never not a good time to work with the heart. It is so important to nourish and activate our heart space because it is the centre of our being. It is where we give and receive love, and we cannot live without love. It is a place of profound connection.

When you experience pain it is common for your heart chakra to close down. When this happens you will struggle to let go of hurt, anger, resentment and jealousy. With a closed heart, there will be a sense of separation and disconnection form the world and others round you. However, the Sanskrit word for heart chakra is ‘Anahata’ which means unstuck or unhurt. This implies that beneath the pain of past experiences is a pure place within us where no hurt exists - only love. By acknowledging any pain that you are carrying, you can shift emotional blockages and open your heart to love and forgiveness. Transforming your relationship with self, others and the universe. With an open heart, you feel connection and love for people in your life, including yourself. Love is truly the most powerful source of all healing. As we navigate these profound shifts on our planet, it is LOVE that will bring us home to ourselves. There is no greater force.

During the session, I will guide you on a gentle and nurturing journey to bring deep healing to your heart space. Womb work is extremely helpful for those who no longer have a physical womb – as we all hold the energetic imprint of the womb within us, and so we can still connect with the magic – a portal that not only births life, but our dreams into reality! 

Womb work is particularly beneficial for women who are experiencing disconnection from their femininity, body, sexuality or their life. As well as those who are experiencing fertility issues, an irregular menstrual cycle, menstrual pain, and any other physical imbalances in the womb, such as polycystic ovary syndrome, fibroids or endometriosis. This work is also very supportive for those who have experienced sexual abuse, miscarriage, abortion or childbirth trauma.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• A quiet and private space where you will be undisturbed (ideally with strong WiFi)

• A yoga mat or rug (movement is fairly gentle)

• Comfortable and loose clothing - wear something that makes you feel good and FREE! Nothing too binding

• Any props to make your experience more comfortable as you will be sat for long periods of time (e.g. meditation/floor chair, bolster, cushions, blocks)

• An eye pillow and blanket for the sound healing (It is also advised to have an extra pillow to go underneath your knees for lower back support and comfort)

I have been guided to hold this precious and important space to bring healing to your inner child. We all have an inner child. It is the part of us that is innocent, creative, playful and free spirited in nature. However, most people experience pain or neglect in one way or another as children, so we develop emotional wounds during our early years, when we just needed comfort, love and acceptance. We do not have the emotional capacity to process painful experiences that happen when we are children, so this part of us can still carry this emotional wounding into adulthood. Meaning this part of us still needs healing now, however many years it has been.

Join me for a heartfelt and deeply healing journey to nurture and connect with your inner child, through a guided journey, sound, energy healing and channeled light language transmissions. Connecting to your inner child is a powerful step in the journey of healing. When you communicate with your inner child with compassion, you can bring deep healing to the roots of many issues which you may be experiencing now as an adult. You can reclaim your power and reawaken your essence, your inner light.

During the journey I will guide you to connect with the unconditional love of the divine mother. It feels so important to honour the divine mother right now. Earlier this year I experienced a profound calling from spirit to anchor her energy into the planet, which led me to birth an offering series ‘Divine Mother’ a couple of months ago. Now, as we navigate these great shifts, it makes even more sense why I was called to do this. The divine mother is calling all of us to connect to her eternal embrace. She wants us to remember that she is always there. She is the earth. She is the divine feminine. She is the source of all creation. She is unconditional love and she is already within you. There is no separation to the infinite. The wounded child needs to feel seen and heard by the divine mother. She guides us deep into our hearts to release pain and trauma from the past, so we can open our hearts to the light of the feminine. This is the medicine that we need right now on our planet as we transition through these huge shifts. We are being guided to release painful wounds and connect deeper to ourselves on a soul level. We are being guided deep into our feminine to bring more compassion and tenderness to ourselves, each other and the earth.

It is an honour to hold this space for all who feel called to do this work. Last month I held this session and it was so powerful and moving. It was clear to see how needed inner child work is during this time, and how deeply it can support us in our healing journey.

You will be held with absolute love and gentleness so you feel safe to fully surrender into the experience. I will call upon spirit and angels to assist in the healing process. You will simply lie down in the comfort of your own sacred space, and allow my voice, the sounds and the energies to guide you. Throughout the journey you may experience physical sensations, emotional releases, visions or insights. No experience is necessary as I will guide you through the entire journey but please feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all.

Simply lie down in your own sacred space, close your eyes and allow the dreamy sounds to guide you within and nourish your entire being. Sound is a powerful healing gateway which speaks to every cell of our being and raises our consciousness, allowing us to open in a way that is effortless yet so profoundly deep. We will both channel light language transmissions through our voices throughout the journey. Light language is a way to channel spirit into the physical. It creates deep shifts and activations for those who are ready to awaken. It communicates with the soul. Full Moon in Scorpio is upon us this week and I can already feel the potent energies building. It is the last Super Moon of the year so lots has been coming up to the surface emotionally, physically and mentally. It feels like so much has been leading us to this point and lots will be purging to prepare us for this new cycle. Scorpio is a water sign so it connects us deeply to our emotions, and in this case it feels like we are being deeply cleansed and purified. It is a sign of death, rebirth and transformation. We are truly being supported to recognise and detoxify from all that no longer serves us, ready to blossom into a new cycle, closer to our truth and closer to all that serves our highest good. 

I feel called to cultivate these powerful energies to ignite deep healing in mind, body and spirit.
